FERRY DEPARTURE TIMES

You can select your preferred ferry departure window when booking:

- Early Morning (from approximately 8:30am ferry departure)
- Mid Morning

Please note:
- All customers must collect their vehicle from our Hervey Bay office approximately 1.5 hours prior to ferry departure
- A 40-minute safety briefing is required before departure
- Ferry times are scheduled based on availability, tides and conditions
- Your confirmed departure time will be provided after booking

SECURITY BOND

A refundable $5,000 security bond is required at vehicle collection.

This is processed as a credit card pre-authorisation and released after your hire, provided the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental agreement.
