- All customers must collect their vehicle from our Hervey Bay office approximately 1.5 hours prior to ferry departure
- Ferry times are scheduled by our team based on availability, tides, and conditions
- Your confirmed departure time will be provided after booking

A refundable $5,000 security bond is required at vehicle collection.
